This is a testnet application. There is no real money involved.

Tickets are paid with zkLTC test tokens obtained free from the LitVM faucet. Test tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency or any asset of value. Nothing here is an investment, and no prize has cash value.

Terms of Use

1. What this application is

Litecoin Lottery NFT is an experimental application running on the LitVM LiteForge test network. Users mint an image as an ERC-721 NFT, which acts as an entry in a recurring draw. Three entries per round are selected using public randomness from the drand network, and 90% of the round's pool is allocated to those three entries (50%, 25% and 15%). The remaining 10% is allocated to the project treasury.

The rules are enforced by a smart contract deployed at 0x7D5232e99f7f963b4990E602279e14B2C128B85C. Its full source code is published and verified on the network's block explorer. Where these Terms and the contract differ, the contract is what actually executes.

2. Who may use it

By using this application you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
Participating in a game of chance, even one without monetary value, is lawful where you live.
You are not a person or entity subject to economic sanctions, and you are not acting on behalf of one.
You understand this is test software that may fail, be paused, or be discontinued.

If any of these is not true, do not use the application. We do not verify identity or location, so compliance is your responsibility.

Al usar esta aplicación confirmas que tienes al menos 18 años o la mayoría de edad de tu país, que participar en un juego de azar sin valor monetario es legal donde vives, que no eres una persona o entidad sujeta a sanciones económicas ni actúas por cuenta de una, y que entiendes que esto es software de prueba que puede fallar, pausarse o descontinuarse. 3. The images you upload

When you mint an image, you state and promise that:

You own the rights to that image, or you have permission from the rights holder to use it this way.
The image does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or image rights.
The image is not illegal content, and does not depict minors in any sexual or exploitative manner.

You keep ownership of your image. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display that image for the purpose of operating the application, showing the current round's gallery, and announcing winners.

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, loss or cost arising from an image you uploaded, including legal fees.

Al acuñar una imagen declaras y prometes que posees sus derechos o tienes permiso del titular, que no infringe derechos de autor, marca, privacidad ni derechos de imagen de nadie, y que no es contenido ilegal ni representa a menores de forma sexual o de explotación. Conservas la propiedad de tu imagen y nos concedes una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y gratuita para almacenarla, reproducirla y mostrarla con el fin de operar la aplicación, mostrar la galería de la ronda y anunciar ganadores. Aceptas mantenernos indemnes frente a cualquier reclamación, pérdida o coste derivado de una imagen que hayas subido, incluidos gastos legales.

4. What we can remove, and what we cannot

Read this carefully before minting.

Uploaded images are published to IPFS, a public and distributed storage network. Once published, a file can be copied and kept by anyone. The NFT and its link are written to a public blockchain and cannot be edited or erased by anyone, including us.

If we receive a valid complaint about an image, we can:

Stop displaying it on this website.
Remove our pin from our IPFS provider, so we stop hosting the file.

We cannot:

Delete or modify the NFT, its metadata, or any transaction on the blockchain.
Guarantee that no other IPFS node or third party still holds a copy of the file.
Reverse a mint, a draw, or a prize claim.

We will not promise a takedown we are technically unable to perform. To report infringing or illegal content, write to the address in the Contact section with a link to the item, a description of the issue, and how you hold the rights.

Léelo antes de acuñar: las imágenes se publican en IPFS, una red pública y distribuida, y una vez publicadas cualquiera puede copiarlas y conservarlas. El NFT y su enlace quedan escritos en una cadena pública y nadie puede editarlos ni borrarlos, nosotros incluidos. Ante una reclamación válida podemos dejar de mostrar la imagen en esta web y retirar nuestro pin del proveedor de IPFS para dejar de alojar el archivo. No podemos borrar ni modificar el NFT, sus metadatos ni ninguna transacción, ni garantizar que ningún tercero conserve una copia, ni revertir una acuñación, un sorteo o un cobro. No prometemos retiradas que técnicamente no podemos ejecutar. Para reportar contenido infractor o ilegal, escribe a la dirección de la sección Contacto con el enlace del elemento, la descripción del problema y cómo ostentas los derechos.

5. What the operator can and cannot do

The contract has an administrative key. In the interest of transparency, this is exactly what it can do: change the treasury wallet, change the duration of future rounds, set the price safety limits, reopen a round if a draw fails to resolve within two hours, and withdraw funds held by the contract that exceed the prize pool.

It cannot take prizes, cannot take the accumulated treasury owed for past rounds, cannot choose or change winners, and cannot reverse a completed draw. These limits are enforced by the contract itself, not by policy.

6. Prizes

Prizes are not sent automatically. The holder of a winning NFT must claim the prize, which can be done at any time with no deadline. The right to claim follows the NFT: if you transfer or sell a winning ticket, the new holder can claim the prize and you cannot.

Los premios no se envían solos. Quien posea el NFT ganador debe reclamarlo, sin fecha límite. El derecho a cobrar sigue al NFT: si transfieres o vendes un boleto ganador, el nuevo dueño puede cobrar y tú ya no.

7. No warranty

The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. It depends on services we do not control, including the LitVM network, IPFS gateways, the drand randomness network, and hosting providers. Any of them can fail or stop operating.

La aplicación se ofrece tal cual, sin garantía de ningún tipo. No garantizamos disponibilidad, continuidad ni ausencia de errores. Depende de servicios que no controlamos, como la red LitVM, las pasarelas de IPFS, la red de aleatoriedad drand y los proveedores de alojamiento. Cualquiera de ellos puede fallar o dejar de operar.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the application, including lost test tokens, failed transactions, gas costs, unavailability, or the actions of other users. Because the application uses test tokens with no monetary value, no monetary loss is intended or expected.

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos por pérdidas o daños derivados del uso de la aplicación, incluidos tokens de prueba perdidos, transacciones fallidas, costes de gas, indisponibilidad o actos de otros usuarios. 9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the last change is shown at the bottom of this page. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

Pending definition.

The governing law and dispute resolution clause has not been set yet and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before this project handles anything of real value.

Round 7 Campaign Rules

The campaign prize is separate from the lottery.

The Round 7 campaign awards 1 LTC on Litecoin mainnet. That is a real asset and it is not part of the lottery. The lottery itself remains entirely on testnet: its pools and prizes are zkLTC test tokens with no monetary value. Winning the lottery does not award LTC, and winning the campaign is not a lottery prize.

El premio de la campaña está separado de la lotería. La campaña de la ronda 7 entrega 1 LTC en la red principal de Litecoin. Eso es un activo real y no forma parte de la lotería. C1. Organiser and period

The campaign is organised by the operator of this project and runs for the exact duration of round 7, as recorded by the smart contract. The round's opening and closing times are public and readable on-chain; no other start or end date applies. The campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. or with the Litecoin Foundation.

C2. No purchase necessary

Entering costs nothing. The zkLTC used to mint is a test token obtained free from the public LitVM faucet. No payment, subscription or purchase of any kind is required to enter or to win, and paying more does not improve your chances.

Participar no cuesta nada. El zkLTC con el que se mintea es un token de prueba que se obtiene gratis del faucet público de LitVM. No hace falta ningún pago, suscripción ni compra para participar ni para ganar, y pagar más no mejora tus opciones.

C3. Who can enter

You must be 18 or older.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is your responsibility to know whether promotional prize draws are permitted where you live.
You must be able to receive LTC at a Litecoin address you control.
The operator and anyone who has worked on the project cannot win.

Debes tener 18 años o más. Nulo donde esté prohibido o restringido por ley: es tu responsabilidad saber si los sorteos promocionales están permitidos donde vives. Debes poder recibir LTC en una dirección de Litecoin que controles. Ni el operador ni nadie que haya trabajado en el proyecto puede ganar.

C4. How to enter

All three conditions must be met. Missing any one of them means the entry does not count.

Mint an image on the dApp during round 7, with your X handle filled in on the mint form. This is the only condition recorded on-chain.
Follow @LTC_Lottery_NFT on X.
Repost the campaign announcement post.

One person may enter from one X handle only. Using several wallets or several accounts voids all of that person's entries. Entries whose image is empty, corrupt, or plainly submitted only to satisfy the requirement may be excluded, and so may any entry that infringes section 5 of the Terms above. Each valid entrant has the same chance regardless of how many images they minted.

Una misma persona solo puede participar desde un usuario de X. Usar varias wallets o varias cuentas anula todas sus participaciones. Se pueden excluir las que tengan la imagen vacía o corrupta, o las enviadas solo para cumplir el requisito, y también cualquiera que infrinja la sección 5 de las Condiciones. Todos los participantes válidos tienen la misma probabilidad, minteen una imagen o diez.

C5. How the winner is chosen

The list of everyone who met condition 1 — minted during round 7 with an X handle — is published before the draw, because that condition is verifiable on-chain by anyone. One handle is then drawn from that list using public randomness from the drand network, the same source the lottery itself uses, and the randomness round is published alongside the result.

Conditions 2 and 3 are checked on the drawn handle only, after the draw. If that person did not follow or did not repost, the entry is discarded and another handle is drawn from the same published list, using the next drand round. Every discarded draw is announced with its reason, so the sequence can be followed from outside. Checking follows and reposts for every entrant would mean publishing a list nobody could verify; this way the only list that matters is the on-chain one.

La lista de todos los que cumplieron la condición 1 —mintear en la ronda 7 con usuario de X— se publica antes del sorteo, porque esa condición cualquiera la puede verificar on-chain. De esa lista se extrae un usuario con la aleatoriedad pública de drand, la misma fuente que usa la lotería, y se publica la ronda de aleatoriedad empleada.

Las condiciones 2 y 3 se comprueban solo sobre el usuario extraído, después del sorteo. Si esa persona no seguía la cuenta o no retuiteó, su participación se descarta y se extrae otro usuario de la misma lista publicada, con la siguiente ronda de drand. Cada extracción descartada se anuncia con su motivo, para que la secuencia se pueda seguir desde fuera. Comprobar seguimientos y retuits de todos los participantes obligaría a publicar una lista que nadie podría verificar; así, la única lista que cuenta es la que está en la cadena.

C6. Prize and payment

One prize of 1 LTC. It is announced publicly within 72 hours of round 7 closing and paid within 7 days of the winner providing a Litecoin address. The transaction hash is published, so the payment can be verified by anyone. The prize is not transferable to cash by us, has no alternative, and any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

C7. What we do with your X handle

The handle you type into the mint form is written into the NFT's metadata on IPFS. That makes it public and permanent, exactly like the image. It exists so winners can be tagged when results are announced. Leaving the field empty is allowed and does not affect the lottery, but an entry without a handle cannot be counted for this campaign, because there would be no way to identify or contact you.

El usuario que escribes en el formulario queda escrito en la metadata del NFT en IPFS. Eso lo hace público y permanente, igual que la imagen. Existe para poder mencionar a los ganadores al anunciar resultados. Dejar el campo vacío está permitido y no afecta a la lotería, pero una entrada sin usuario no puede contar para esta campaña, porque no habría forma de identificarte ni de avisarte.

C8. Suspension for technical limits

This clause exists for a concrete, measured reason.

Drawing a round costs gas in proportion to the number of entries it contains. Past a measured threshold the draw transaction stops fitting, and a round that cannot be drawn cannot pay anyone. To protect participants, the operator may pause promotion, stop counting new entries, or postpone the campaign to a later round if round 7 approaches that limit. If that happens it will be announced publicly, and entries already valid stay valid.

C9. Changes and disputes

These rules may be corrected for clarity or to fix an error; any change is announced on the project's X account and reflected here with the date. The operator's decision on the validity of an entry is final, and the reason for any exclusion will be given if asked. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Privacy Notice

What we collect

Your wallet address. Required to mint and to claim. It is recorded publicly on the blockchain by design, not by us.
A two-letter country code. Suggested automatically from your IP address using the third-party service ipapi.co, and editable by you before minting. It is stored with the NFT and is public. It is self-declared and we do not verify it.
The image you upload and the title you optionally give it. Both are published to IPFS and are public and permanent.

We do not ask for your name, email or any identity document. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Recogemos tu dirección de wallet (necesaria para acuñar y cobrar, y pública en la cadena por diseño), un código de país de dos letras sugerido a partir de tu IP mediante el servicio externo ipapi.co y editable por ti antes de acuñar (se guarda con el NFT, es público, lo declaras tú y no lo verificamos), y la imagen que subes junto al título opcional, que se publican en IPFS de forma pública y permanente. Third parties involved

Pinata stores and serves the images and metadata on IPFS.
ipapi.co receives your IP address to suggest a country code.
Vercel hosts this website and the upload function.
Caldera provides the LitVM network node the site reads from.
drand provides the public randomness used for the draw.

Each of these has its own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Pinata almacena y sirve las imágenes y metadatos en IPFS. ipapi.co recibe tu IP para sugerir el país. Vercel aloja esta web y la función de subida. Caldera provee el nodo de la red LitVM que el sitio consulta. drand aporta la aleatoriedad pública del sorteo. Cada uno tiene sus propias prácticas de privacidad, que no controlamos.

Deletion

We can stop displaying your image on this site and remove our IPFS pin. We cannot delete anything already written to the blockchain, and we cannot guarantee that no copy remains elsewhere on IPFS. Please take this into account before uploading anything personal or sensitive.

Podemos dejar de mostrar tu imagen en este sitio y retirar nuestro pin de IPFS. No podemos borrar nada ya escrito en la cadena ni garantizar que no quede alguna copia en otro lugar de IPFS. Tenlo en cuenta antes de subir algo personal o sensible.
